Shipping Policy


Policy for the Netherlands and Belgium:

  • Order time until 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)
  • Order processing time 1-2 days (Mon-Fri)
  • Delivery time 1-3 days (Mon-Fri)
We always thrive for the fastest delivery of our goods. In general, orders from within the Netherlands placed before 4pm will be delivered the next business day (with exception of Sundays). Delivery outside the Netherlands typically takes 2-5 business days.

Our orders are shipped with the following shipping carriers:
  • PostNL
  • BPost
  • UPS
  • FedEx


Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of €4,95 for shipping. Every order is delivered to your home for this fee. There is no minimum order quantity required.

Track your order

You can track your order via our 'Track your order' page. The Track and Trace code can be tracked online 1-3 days after your order, so you know exactly when to expect your products at home.

    Return Policy

    Item not what you expected? You can always return your purchase within 14 days. Items can be returned on your own return cost. Please send your return request to contact@byendresz.com. 

     

    • Items can be returned on your own return fee.
    • Worn or damaged items can't be returned.
